These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WriteDis. By accessing or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
- Description of Services
WriteDis provides online workshops designed to support dissertation writing and academic success. The Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Access to online workshop materials.
- Live or recorded instruction.
- Focused or Interactive exercises and activities.
- Access to a community forum or discussion board.
- Registration and Account Security
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify WriteDis immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
- Payment and Fees
Access to the WriteDis workshops may require payment of fees as specified on our website or in your Enrollment Agreement . All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time; however, such changes will not affect workshops for which payment has already been made.
- User Content
You may submit content, such as comments, questions, Tasks, or assignments, to the Services (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
- Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
- Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

- Do not share your login credentials with others.
- Distribute WriteDis materials without express permission.
- Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided as part of WriteDis workshops, including but not limited to video presentations, handouts, tasks, exercises, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of WriteDis or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws; participants agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, share, or create derivative works of any content without the express written permission of WriteDis.
- Termination
WriteDis reserves the right to terminate your access to the services and this agreement, including the participant’s enrollment in the workshop, at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if the participant violates any of the terms of this agreement; in the event of termination by WriteDis, the participant may not be entitled to a refund of fees paid, depending on the reason for termination, and you may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@WriteDis.com.

- Disclaimer of Warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold WriteDis harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Florida, in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
